I’ve always been a firm believer in planting seeds and see what sprouts. Here goes! I know you are out there…somewhere. Wanna dance? Better yet, wanna make some money?
I’m looking for a strong tech and design partner, someone entrepreneurial in nature, who would consider working with me on a revenue-share basis.
If interested…read on. This could be for you. And for the right person..this could change your life and circumstances. I’m going to relatively brief here-just to see who might be interested. If you are, then we can have more detailed communications about tactics, revenue, start time, deliverables, etc…in the next phase.
This isn’t something I just dreamed up. I’m been laboring over it for years now. It’s a solid plan-with tantalizing rev-share opportunities for both of us.
I feel now, more than ever, the timing is perfect and the opportunities are endless.

Is this a sure thing? Nope. Not at all. There are risks involved. For sure. But also, if done properly, rewards as well. Like everything in life…you gotta try!
As we built out this brand, we’ll be charting new turf and territory. So I don’t want to overly promise anything. But know I'm giddy with excitement about what a future collaboration might look like.
Why I’m Looking To Fill This Position?
Because, at this stage in my life, I have more time and ideas than I have money. And I’m at the point where I want a strategic collaborator to grow my business, brand and revenue model.

Thankfully, I have a zealous overflow of marketing, promotional and social-media experience and credibility. But, sadly, I lack the design and tech skills to execute everything I want to do. I need a collaborative partner to get me to the next level. And I’m eager and willing to share revues with just the right person-so we both have skin in the game! If I were making a new business card for you, it would be called, “Director of Design, Technology and Special Projects”. Does this sound anything like you? Interested? I’ll be the content person. You will be the design and tech person. Win-win.
Revenue Share Model
This is where I think it could potentially get interesting for you. I would be willing to share revenues with you on all customer-facing and centric assets-courses, ebooks, paid webinars, workshops.
The main revenue share will come from online courses (70%), ebooks (10%) and everything else (20%)
How much revenue I share with you will depend largely on your time and creative investment into each deliverable.
How long?
We could commit to a 12-month calendar year, see how things go, then renew together if we like working with each other?

I’m honestly looking for someone like me. A freelancer who works online and from home. Who has strong design and tech skills. And is highly motivated to earn revenue and build a brand. Perhaps you consider yourself more of a quiet, behind-the-scenes creative type. If so…this is for you!
Content focus-iPhone
100% of the content focus of what we’ll be creating together is in the iPhone Photography space. So everything we do has to be responsive and look great on iPhones!
Infrastucture first
In order to get to the revenue-share part of this equation, we need to first build infrastructure. This would include, but not be limited to building 3-4 separate responsive sites

a Professional speaker-site (will use to promote my speaking career)
a potential Traveling Workshop site
Deferred Payment Option
Should you not be interested in a longer-term revenue share model, as another option, we can agree on a modest hourly rate, for infrastructure build-out, and I can defer pay you out of revenues.
Roll-out Timeframe
I want to have all 3-4 website launched by end on quarter 1, 2020. So the start time would be immediate.
